HELEISUK BENTWOOD STORAGE BOX 19TH CENTURY

This. Container is from the Ken Oller family and has a replaced cedar plank lid. The side painting is black ovid possibly representing the whale. There is an applied wooden slat on bottom so the box will set level.  I tried to buy this box from the family 40 years ago.  Shows if you persevere long enough a purchase can happen..
